Terms of Service
💳 Payment
Payment is accepted via PayPal only.
Payment can be made either in full upfront or split into two parts:
50% upfront and 50% before final delivery.
Work will only begin after the first payment is received.
Final files will be delivered after full payment is completed.
🎨 Process & Revisions
WIPs will be sent during sketch and pre-render stages
Revisions are allowed during these stages
Changes after approval may require an additional fee
⏳ Delivery
Estimated delivery time: 7–14 days after sketch approval
Delays may happen depending on complexity or schedule, but you will be notified
📁 File Delivery
Final files delivered as PNG, JPEG, or PDF
💼 Usage
Personal use only by default
Commercial use requires an additional fee (+100% base price)
🔒 Posting & Rights
I may post commissioned artwork on my social media
Private commissions must be requested (+50% base price)
Do not claim the artwork as your own
Always credit “@DanadaArt” when posting
🚫 Restrictions
Artwork cannot be used for AI training or NFTs
My signature must not be removed or altered
❌ Refunds
Full refund if I have not started the artwork
No refunds after work has begun
Full refund if I am unable to complete the commission
